How it works
Months 1–2: Momentum
- 2 sessions per month (up to 90 minutes)
- We create clarity, direction, and a simple plan
- We remove the biggest blockers quickly
Months 3–6: Maintain
- 1 session per month (up to 90 minutes)
- We keep you focused, accountable, and moving forward
- We adjust the plan as your business evolves
After each session you’ll receive a short written summary with key decisions and next steps (so you leave clear on what you’re doing next). This mirrors how you already follow up clients with written notes and next steps.

Pricing
Momentum to Maintain (6 months)
- Months 1–2: £400 per month
- Months 3–6: £200 per monthTotal: £1,600
Extra sessions are available at £200 if you hit a busy project phase.

What happens on an exploratory call?
We will:
- Get clear on what’s feeling hard right now (and what you want to change)
- Agree the most important outcomes for the next 2–3 months
- Check whether Momentum → Maintain is the right fit, or if a different approach would suit you better
- Answer any questions about how the sessions work and what to expect
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll agree the next step. If not, I’ll point you in the right direction.
