What we’ll cover (in the session)

This is a focused session built around what you need most right now. We typically cover:

• Where you are now – A quick review of your current situation, what is working, and what is not.
• What you want next – We clarify what you want more of (and less of), and what a “good next step” looks like for you.
• Strengths and sticking points – We identify your strengths and the areas that may be holding you back (confidence, clarity, mindset, or practical barriers).
• Your next steps – You leave with a short, clear action plan and the first steps to take.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of the session you’ll have:

• A clear decision (or a clear shortlist of options)
• Your top priorities for the next 2–4 weeks
• A simple action plan you can follow
• More confidence about what to do next

How it works

• Session length: up to 90 minutes
• Format: online (Zoom) or in person (if local)
• Before the session: I may send a short set of questions so we use the time well
• After the session: if you want it, I can send a short written recap of your decisions and next steps
