The Aspire Clarity Series is a set of free monthly Zoom sessions created for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next in their career or business. At Aspire Career and Business Coaching, I see this every week. People often know something needs to change, but they cannot yet see the right path, or they lack the confidence to take the next step. Aspire was built to help people gain clarity, build confidence, and take practical steps forward with a calm, structured approach.

These sessions are designed to be practical and useful, not fluffy. Each event focuses on one real issue that commonly blocks progress, such as promotion confidence, redundancy and next steps, CV clarity, business priorities, business bottlenecks, transferable skills, and how to talk about your value. You will leave each session with clearer thinking, a few simple actions you can take immediately, and a stronger sense of direction. This reflects the way Aspire works, supporting both career and business clients with clear priorities, decision-making, and next steps that are realistic.

The Aspire Clarity Series also exists because people often want to “try coaching” before committing to anything. These free sessions give you a safe, supportive way to experience the Aspire approach, and to take a step forward without pressure. Coaching is about clarity, goal-setting and action, and it is different from therapy. If you prefer to listen quietly, that is absolutely fine. You can take what you need and apply it in your own way.

Having now completed a full duration of scheduled sessions with Nicky, I do want to point out how positive I found the experience to be. Initially I confess to being skeptical about the benefits of the mentorship from someone outside of my industry, however Nicky demonstrated 'insight' and was excellent at challenging me and asking me questions that I had not considered and provoked lots of different thoughts. On reflection I felt she skillfully steered me (without telling me what to do) and made me implement changes that brought positive effects to what I do, how I do it and hopefully that will be reflected wider across the business.
