About Nicky Dunn (FREC)

Nicky embarked on her career in Recruitment in 1998, where she developed her already existing passion for helping people following their chosen career path. She has always been known for her empathy and her wonderful way at making people feel at ease to talk about just about anything.

Nicky started a successful recruitment business in 2000 and always put people first as opposed to the business. She felt that if the candidate was happy in their role, they would do a great job and in turn the client would be happy. She sold the business in 2015 and worked with Mego Recruitment as Operations Director, where she grew and developed an area of the business into a more holistic coaching practice. Nicky then had an opportunity to work with the late Phil Sampson, developing Sampson Hall’s and Motiv8SW’s Business coaching company in Leadership, Cultural Transformation and Coaching individuals back into work.

In 2017, Nicky understood that on-line dating wasn’t for everyone and understood how human connection is integral to meeting the right people and formed an organisation bringing people together through amazing events and a Personal Matchmaking service called, Pi Society. She interviewed in depth and understood people and their aspirations and was successful in creating over 200 romantic relationships, five marriages and countless friendships. Nicky sold the business in 2023 and re-set and is following her passion in helping people follow their dream careers.

She returned to the recruitment industry and joined Secure Source as their Associate Director, head-hunting in the Cyber Security Industry for high level Cyber Security professionals.

In 2023, Nicky re-identified the fact that she still has that passion to help people get to where they want to be within their career which in turn affects their life, their finances, health and relationships. In 2024 she passed her AC Diplomas in Life Coaching and AC Diploma in Small Business Coaching.

She says, “My work as a coach is to create the space to help you re-discover yourself, be your true self and to explore the possible, pushing through limiting beliefs and help you to follow the path that you dream of – We are all worthy of living our best life and reaching the optimum versions of ourselves through our work, relationships, health & finance.”
