About Gordon Milne 

As your mentor, my general management and sales leadership expertise will help you to develop your business. My career extends over 50 years and includes senior management roles within large B2B corporate and SME organisations during which time I attended management development courses at Henley and Ashridge. I offer significant experience in both demand and supply side Sales and Operations functions.

As an experienced personal performance coach and qualified mentor (Foundation level, Association of Business mentors), I can share my confidence, experience and knowledge. My key strength is developing and maintaining rapport in professional relationships, and I enjoy working on a 1:1 basis with clients; listening and challenging, developing individuals and businesses and celebrating their successes with them.

I am highly experienced in people management within start-ups, SMEs and multi-national organisations and spent a few years as a self-employed provider of professional services – interim management and consultancy – and I understand the pressures on the stakeholders of a business.

My experience as a coach and mentor means that I can help you to get to where you want to be faster than you can on your own.
