If you know you want a change but you are unsure what the change should be, Career Change Kickstart gives you a clear starting point.

In session one we get clarity on what matters most to you, what you are good at, and what direction makes sense. In session two we turn that into a practical plan, including CV and LinkedIn support, so you can take action straight away.

Session 1: Clarity and direction

We focus on:

• Where you are now and what is not working
• What matters most to you in work and life
• Your strengths and transferable skills
• What motivates you and what drains you
• A shortlist of realistic career options

Session 2: Action plan and practical career support

We focus on:

• Your plan for the next 30 days
• What might get in the way and how you will handle it
• CV and LinkedIn improvements
• Your short “career story” so you can explain your direction clearly
• Job search approach and next steps

How it works

• 2 sessions (usually 60 to 90 minutes each)
• Online or in person
• You can book the sessions close together or spread them out
• You will receive a short written summary and next steps after each session

Is this for career change only?

It works for career change, returning to work, or simply getting clearer and more confident in the direction you are already heading.

Will you rewrite my CV?

We will improve your CV and positioning together. If you want a full rewrite, you can add your CV writing service as an extra. 

I feel overwhelmed. Will two sessions be enough?

Two sessions is often enough to create clarity and a plan. If you want deeper work, you can move into the 4‑session Growth package or the Transformation programme afterwards.

How much does this cost?

It costs £200 for two sessions (up to 90 minutes each)
